BIC Home Groups

BIC is committed to implementing a vision-driven movement of men and women living out their faith in basic Christian communities. This will take place primarily through the New Testament pattern of meeting in homes for prayer, personal application of the Word of God, worship, fellowship, hospitality, ministering to one another, and most importantly, ministering to others.

At BIC we call basic Christian communities – Home Groups. What is a home group? It is the place where we as a community of faith explore and apply the Gospel together. Each home group is led by trained leaders from BIC who serve under the direction of the pastor and elders. The goal of each home group is to experience the presence and power of Jesus Christ resulting in transformed lives ready to serve others and advance the Kingdom of God together. Our groups include a time of Welcome, Worship, hearing and applying the Word of God, and doing the Work of God through prayer and service. And of course, each group enjoys lots of food and fellowship! Joining a home group is the best way to be a meaningful part of the BIC family.
